From Friday 3 August until 4pm on Friday 28 September 2018 we will consult on a draft NA3 Wolborough Development Framework.
The Teignbridge Local Plan 2013-33 (Policy NA3) allocates land at Wolborough, Newton Abbot for at least 1,500 homes, 10 hectares of land for employment, a road linking the A380 (South Devon Highway) to the A381 (Totnes Road), education facilities, and other associated community facilities.
The draft Development Framework Plan is intended to be a positive response to the Local Plan requirement for a comprehensive landscape and design led masterplan for Wolborough. We welcome your views on its content.
